Our quote is not instant because rather than giving a generic one size fits all option, we design the boxes to make sure that they are of high quality and not financially burdening on your business.
We believe that our clients should not need to learn or use a clunky web tool to design their box, that is why we have in house designers that will take what you have in your mind and turn it into a reality, without you having to lift a finger or pay any fee. They are happy to work with you however long it takes to address all feedback you may have. If you have already designed your own box, we are also more than happy to use that.
If you are on a short deadline, we will provide proof in terms of photos and mockups, because shipping a sample will take a longer time. However, if you are working with a longer deadline, we are happy to accommodate you with a sample of your product and address any feedback that you may have.
After you have uploaded your art files to our design team, our in house printing experts will provide you with any technical concerns that they have about your artwork. They are happy to work with you for however long it takes.
Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive a receipt and confirmation from our online payment processing tool (Stripe). Someone on our team will be assigned to you and provide updates throughout the process. After the box has been manufactured and gone through an extensive quality check, we will reach out to you again with another confirmation to ship the products to your desired location.
This is highly dependent on the quantity and complexity of the artwork. On Average our team finishes manufacturing of the boxes in 5-7 business days, after which we will ship the products to you, which can take on average 3-4 business days, depending on your location. If you are on a tighter deadline, please speak to one of our sales representatives and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, we do offer eco-friendly materials at a slightly higher price, which considering the current climate of the world is very important. In the United States 850 million tons of cardboard is thrown away annually. We strive for a future where this can be recycled and reused. In terms of your business there is also data suggesting that more and more consumers are likely to purchase products that are eco-friendly.
We do not have a minimum order quantity; however, we do recommend to our customers that they should purchase on average at least 100 boxes to help reduce the per unit cost. Due to initial setup costs such as creating a dieline, and machine setup costs, the per unit cost at lower quantities is relatively high. The more you order the cheaper it is for us to produce it and to pass the discount on to you.
We do offer free 3d mockups and dieline setups for your designs. Upon request we will also provide generic samples of our past work so that you can see the quality of our boxes. Custom samples can also be requested but requires a small payment (depending on the box style), and if you place an order with us, we will deduct that cost from your final total cost. This is done due to baseline setup costs for the dieline and machine setup costs, which do not need to be repeated on your next order of the same size.

We do offer partnerships to our clients. Partnerships allow us to give a better rate to our customers because we can bulk buy the material required to produce their product ahead of time. It also allows us to better schedule and prepare our production facilities for the next order. We pass this discount directly to our partners.
